Are your floor plans available for purchase? If so, where?
- We custom designed our floor plans ourselves. They are not currently available for purchase.

What's the square footage of your a-frame?
- Roughly 1300sqft.

Did you build it yourself?
- No, we hired a local builder out of Asheville, NC. His name is Patrick Conner and he is the owner/GC of Painted Buckeye Builders. And yes, we highly recommend him!

When was your cabin built?
- We bought land in 2020, broke ground on the build in 2022, and completed the a-frame in late summer of 2023. All told it was 18 months of construction.

How much did it cost to build?
- Building prices these days change rapidly. If you want to know how much it will cost you to build something similar, talk to a builder local to your area who can give you an average of cost per square foot. All of our price quotes are now two years old and very out of date, so that information will be much more current.

-Our airbnb calendar stays pretty busy right now. Because of that, we keep a very limited amount of days set aside for hosted stays available. Our days for 2024 are currently full.
